Last updated: September 3, 2026

This is an interim privacy statement so we can complete Sign in with Google and test TradeFlow in house. It is not a final legal policy. We will replace it with a fuller policy before paying customers and real business data are brought onto the platform.

This page explains how TradeFlow Construction (“TradeFlow,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use www.tradeflow-construction.com. Questions: info@tradeflow-construction.com.

What TradeFlow is

TradeFlow is a field-operations app for trade contractors. Companies use it to keep jobs, photos, materials, change orders, daily logs, documents, and crew in one place.

Google information we access

If you choose Sign in with Google, we request only Google’s basic profile scopes. Google then provides:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your profile picture
  • your Google account identifier

TradeFlow does not receive Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Contacts access, because only those basic profile scopes are requested. We do not request broader Google scopes.

Why we use Google information

We use that Google information for authentication, account creation, account identification, security, and support. Signing in with Google identifies you. It does not by itself grant access to any company’s jobs or files.

How Google information is stored

Name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier are stored in TradeFlow’s authentication and database systems and in session records used to keep you signed in.

Email and password accounts

If you create an account with email and password, we store the email and a hashed password in the same authentication and database systems, plus session records.

Information companies store in TradeFlow

A company that uses TradeFlow may store job details, photos, documents, notes, logs, schedules, and crew membership. That information belongs to that company. We use it only to run TradeFlow for them.

Operational information we collect automatically

When you use the site, we may automatically collect operational information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, error logs, and application usage. We use this to operate, secure, debug, and support TradeFlow.

Cookies and sessions

We use a signed-in session cookie so you do not have to log in on every page. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who may process or receive information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. Information may be processed or disclosed to:

  • necessary hosting, database, authentication, storage, email, and support providers that help us run TradeFlow
  • legal authorities when required by law
  • a successor if the business is sold

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, such as HTTPS, access controls, and hashed passwords for email accounts. We do not claim security certifications, and no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, session, and company information while it is needed to operate TradeFlow and provide support. When an account is deleted, we remove or de-identify the information we no longer need, except copies that may remain in backups for a limited time and records we must keep because the law requires it. To review, update, or delete your account, email info@tradeflow-construction.com. Company admins can also remove crew members from their own TradeFlow workspace.

Changes

We may update this statement. The current version will stay at www.tradeflow-construction.com/privacy.
